About the role
We are seeking a Category Account Manager to join our sales team. The role focuses on developing and executing annual customer plans that align with both business objectives and customer strategies, while delivering profitable sales results.
Key responsibilities
- Build comprehensive Customer Plans to drive overall business growth.
- Execute plans for assigned accounts in line with business objectives and customer strategies.
- Facilitate daily execution excellence by planning, communicating, measuring results and implementing corrective actions.
- Achieve agreed‑upon key account targets and KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, including Nestlé trade policy, local sales and trade terms, safety and legal regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or BCom Accounting.
- 5‑8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Category Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
