Care Worker – Home Support for Clients

About the role

We are looking for compassionate care workers to provide personalised support to clients in their own homes. The role focuses on promoting independence while delivering assistance that mirrors the care a family member would provide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing.
• Support daily routines, including prompting medication and encouraging healthy habits.
• Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and help with household chores.
• Provide respite services, allowing families a short break.
• Engage clients in social and leisure activities and facilitate community access.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and adapt to individual support plans.
• Respectful attitude towards client autonomy and dignity.
• Ability to perform basic personal care and domestic tasks.
