Business Development Representative – Pipeline (Rustenburg Depot)

About the role
The key purpose of this role is to drive growth in volumes sold, increase market share and enhance competitiveness by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service within clearly identified segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors in the sector (order, payment, re‑distribution).
- Ensure IB products are stocked in a complete range at customers and retail outlets.
- Place chillers correctly in performing outlets and use them exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Closely track competitor actions.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
