Business Development Manager – Channel (Northern Suburbs, JHB)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for an IT equipment leasing and lifecycle management provider. You will identify high‑quality leads, build relationships with principal vendors, and meet revenue targets across the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads in untapped markets and convert prospects into profitable deals.
• Present business‑ and technical‑focused solutions that demonstrate clear ROI for clients.
• Negotiate pricing and procurement terms with principal vendors.
• Manage post‑sales support and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Track pipeline data, report progress against targets, and collaborate with internal business units to pursue cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Business Management or Financial Management degree (NQF 7) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level sales experience, preferably in financing or IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financing models and a proven track record of selling IT equipment or services.
