About the role

Join a commercially driven environment where relationship‑building and strategic growth are at the centre of success. You will help expand market presence for a nationally recognised services organisation across the East Rand commercial and industrial market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Compile proposals, bids and tender submissions.
  • Follow up on leads and commercial opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Promote integrated service offerings across the business.

Required profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven proposal and tender management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
