About the role

BSG is seeking passionate Business Consultants to join its Analysis and Design Capability in Johannesburg. The role focuses on delivering innovative business and system solutions that improve customer experiences, channel effectiveness and operational efficiency for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand and meet their objectives.
• Design and document high‑quality business and system solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, structure discussions and deliver compelling presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions align with client and BSG standards.

Required profile

• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience gathering, structuring and analysing data to generate insights.
• Proven workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce high‑quality artefacts that meet quality standards.
• Understanding of system development and project delivery methodologies (traditional and agile).
