Branch Manager – Cape Town

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a sales and installation team, drive branch performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in Cape Town.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch sales, administration, and installation teams.
• Drive branch sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage branch performance, budgets, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and mentor team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–8 years' experience in technical sales, operations, or installation environments.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or branch management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with contractors, facilities management, or industrial/commercial clients is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
