BIM Manager

About the role

dhk Architects is looking for a highly capable BIM Manager to join its established BIM team. The role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and information management, supporting large‑scale, complex developments while ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and internal best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Task Team Manager under ISO 19650, delivering information in line with Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Manage information containers, workflows, approvals, and status codes within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Develop, implement, and maintain project BIM Execution Plans aligned with ISO 19650 and dhk standards.
• Audit project models and CDEs for compliance, quality, and model health, producing formal reports.
• Lead architectural project teams through BIM‑enabled delivery, providing technical oversight and guidance.
• Coordinate BIM workflows across project stages, consultants, and disciplines.
• Handle BIM‑related resourcing, risk, and programme impacts in collaboration with project leadership.
• Serve as the primary BIM interface with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing architectural BIM projects on large, complex developments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary task teams.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
