About the role

The Reporting and Analytics Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about data, analytics, and financial services. You will rotate across core banking units, gaining hands‑on experience with the bank’s data ecosystem and reporting frameworks while developing the technical expertise needed to become a high‑impact analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and MI reports using SQL and Power BI, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Coverage, Customer Solutions, and Risk teams to understand information needs and present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, data quality, governance, and automation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and interest in banking or financial services.
• Ability to work with large, multi‑source datasets and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.
