B2C Luxury Travel Consultant - Botswana Specialist (Fully Remote)

About the role

As a Botswana Specialist you will work directly with international clients from the first enquiry through to booking and post‑trip follow‑up. This sales‑focused, B2C position requires deep knowledge of Botswana’s safari regions, lodges, wildlife experiences and logistics to design tailor‑made luxury itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Consult directly with clients to understand travel requirements, preferences, expectations and budget.
• Design and sell bespoke luxury Botswana safari itineraries.
• Provide expert advice on safari regions, lodges, camps, wildlife and seasonal considerations.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and manage the complete client journey.
• Handle objections, upsell where appropriate and close high‑value bookings.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from sale to travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in direct B2C sales.
• Professional Botswana safari or Botswana‑focused luxury travel experience is essential.
• Strong, practical knowledge of Botswana’s key safari regions, properties and wildlife.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a wider team.
