About the role
We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join our sales team on a full‑time remote basis. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, then booking high‑quality appointments with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure attendance.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads to confirm booked appointments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, call centre, or appointment setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident phone presence with the ability to engage prospects.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Basic computer literacy.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position.
- Salary dependent on experience (DOE).
- Flexible working hours (3 pm‑11 pm CAT).
