Appointment Setter (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join our sales team on a full‑time remote basis. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, then booking high‑quality appointments with prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure attendance.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads to confirm booked appointments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, call centre, or appointment setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to engage prospects.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
