Allocations Specialist – France

About the role

We are looking for an Allocations Specialist to join AnyVan’s Allocations team in France. You will be the central point for matching transport jobs with our network of Transport Providers (TPs), ensuring efficient and profitable deliveries while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact TPs by phone to pitch available jobs and secure allocations.
• Manage the allocation pipeline, assign jobs to appropriate partners and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain a detailed knowledge base of TP availability, vehicle types, locations, rates and margins.
• Negotiate competitive rates that balance AnyVan’s profitability with partner and customer expectations.
• Manually create multi‑job routes and schedules, and oversee their execution.
• Resolve issues quickly, re‑allocate jobs when cancellations occur, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Perform administrative tasks such as verifying proof of delivery and communicating with customers.
• Achieve performance targets related to allocation speed, cost efficiency, on‑time delivery and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Good understanding of logistics and transport operations.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse partner network.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
