AI ERP Lead

About the role

The AI ERP Lead is a senior management position within Accenture's ERP Business Group. You will shape, position, and scale AI‑enabled ERP transformations for global clients, bridging traditional ERP expertise with emerging AI capabilities to drive insight‑led, agent‑enabled business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite, CFO, COO, CIO, and CHRO on AI‑embedded ERP value.
• Lead executive conversations on ERP Embedded AI, covering technology ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic, OpenAI and Joule.
• Identify and develop AI‑driven use cases across finance, supply chain, maintenance, and human resources.
• Drive portfolio‑level delivery quality, client trust, and capability growth.
• Mentor and lead a team of AI and ERP professionals, ensuring commercial success of AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in ERP implementations and AI integration.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong track record of delivering AI‑enabled value at scale.
• Leadership experience in managing cross‑functional teams.
