About the role
The accounting firm in Magalieskruin, Pretoria is looking for a professional, organised and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant. You will provide essential administrative support in a fast‑paced accounting environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office documentation, filing and record‑keeping for accounting and financial processes.
- Assist with CIPC, SARS and e‑filing submissions and follow‑up.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports and client communications.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate internal logistics.
- Support senior staff with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12; a relevant qualification is advantageous.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within an accounting or financial setting.
- Strong organisational abilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CIPC processes.
- Familiarity with SARS requirements and e‑filing platforms.
What we offer
- Competitive CTC salary ranging from R10 000 to R20 000 per month, dependent on experience.
