Account Manager – Market Research (EMEA, Remote)

About the role

The Account Manager – Market Research will join TGM Research’s EMEA Client Service team. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact for clients across the EMEA region, overseeing project delivery, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell additional services to generate incremental revenue.
• Participate in lead generation and new‑business activities to acquire new clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large, complex client accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
• Coordinate execution of medium to complex research projects, delivering results on time.
• Provide guidance on sampling strategy development and monitor fieldwork performance.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients, advising on roadblocks and corrective actions.
• Monitor project financials and performance metrics to ensure projects stay within budget and meet client expectations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within market research or online panel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Research, statistics or data‑science background is a bonus.
