Account Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as a trusted partner for our digital marketing agency’s clients. You will manage 25‑30 accounts, translating technical updates into clear communication and ensuring project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Translate technical digital marketing updates into client‑friendly communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prioritise requests based on impact and team capacity, avoiding overload.
• Proactively report progress, task completions, and updates without reminders.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp.
• Monitor project pipelines, keep tasks organised and moving efficiently.
• Track and analyse campaign performance data and provide insightful reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager or similar role.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinking and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
