Account Manager - Creative Agency

About the Role

Join IMA, an award-winning creative agency dedicated to building brands that people truly want to belong to. We are looking for a confident and collaborative Account Manager to join our growing studio in Cape Town, driving daily operations while fueling strategic growth.

Main Missions

• Lead and manage daily client account operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide strategic input to drive growth and expand assigned client accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain profitable, long-term relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth potential within existing accounts.
• Ensure precise management of budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
• Act as a highly effective deputy to the Account Director in their absence.

Profile We Are Looking For

• A proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership and strategic mindset.
• Proven experience in client relationship management within a creative or advertising environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail regarding budgets and timelines.
