About the role
The Sales & Customer Associate works on the showroom floor at Acornhoek Mall, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience by engaging customers, demonstrating homeware products and converting visits into sales. The role supports the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager with order processing, stock handling and maintaining visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers on the showroom floor, demonstrate products, and convert interactions into sales while meeting individual targets.
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds and maintain accurate documentation and system entries.
- Support stock handling, floor replenishment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Provide a positive customer experience, resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in homewares.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
