About the role

This 12‑month Digital Marketing Learnership offers young South Africans a chance to gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑growing digital marketing sector while earning a nationally accredited certificate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with social media content creation and campaign execution.
• Support the development of digital advertising materials and performance reports.
• Participate in market research and audience analysis activities.
• Collaborate on the planning and implementation of online marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• South African citizen, aged 18‑30, residing in Johannesburg or surrounding areas.
• Matric (Grade 12) or higher qualification.
• Passion for marketing, advertising and digital trends.
• Not previously enrolled in a funded learnership or internship.
• Availability for the full 12‑month programme.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including MS Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
