Travel Specialist – Customer‑focused Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Travel Specialist to join SAGTRAV’s growing team. The role is full‑time and hybrid, handling travel enquiries online and occasionally meeting clients in person. You will guide individuals, families, groups and corporate customers through the entire travel planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and online platforms.
• Prepare customised travel quotes and recommendations based on budget, dates and preferences.
• Book flights, accommodation, cruises, transfers, car hire and complete travel packages.
• Support leisure, corporate, group and urgent travel requests, including H2A/H2B assistance.
• Provide documentation guidance and handle urgent travel changes.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers.
• Maintain accurate client records, itineraries and communication history.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
• Customer‑service orientation with a professional and warm demeanor.
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and booking systems.
