Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a Technician to install, maintain and repair equipment for our customers, providing hands‑on support in homes and businesses. The role combines product demonstrations, technical assistance and customer service to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain basic features and attributes.
• Provide customers with clear product and service information.
• Assist with equipment and appliance installation, following detailed instructions.
• Support equipment maintenance and repair activities, adhering to strict procedures.
• Handle basic customer issues such as returns and inquiries.
• Follow mandatory operational and regulatory procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
• Engage with customers via phone or in‑store to build rapport and clarify needs.
• Schedule work according to assigned plans and ensure health, safety and environmental guidelines are met.
• Participate in personal capability building through training and coaching.

Required profile

• Upper secondary school education (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in equipment installation, maintenance or customer‑facing technical support.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and regulatory procedures.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and sales staff.
