Technical Customer Service Representative – Gorgias (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a senior‑level Technical Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support through the Gorgias CRM platform. This fully remote position works with global e‑commerce teams, handling email, chat, and troubleshooting inquiries while driving continuous improvements in the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level technical support via Gorgias (email, chat, and live troubleshooting).
• Analyze support data and propose actionable insights to enhance the customer journey.
• Own ticket resolution from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Monitor backlog queues and guarantee prompt handling of all queries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Gorgias CRM (mandatory).
• At least 1 year in a technical support or troubleshooting role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort navigating CRM tools.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resource‑ful.
• Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus.
