Talent Sourcer – Defense

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our client’s recruiting team in the defense and space manufacturing industry. The role is fast‑paced and focused on building a strong pipeline of qualified engineering and technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the initial candidate experience in partnership with onsite Talent Advisors.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and capture work history, education, skills, and salary expectations.
• Promote the employer brand online and offline.
• Use sourcing tools, social networks, referrals, and industry events to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Delivery Managers to understand staffing needs and fill positions promptly.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems and track conversion metrics.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, defense, or technical fields.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.
• Quick learner who can assimilate technical information and develop business cases.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
