Systems & Support Administrator – Hospitality Technology

About the role

The Systems & Support Administrator will be the primary technical expert for the client’s hospitality property management and reservations platforms. Based at the head office in Green Point, you will ensure that Nebula and APEX systems run smoothly and support operational teams across the hotel group.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Nebula and APEX systems.
• Build, load, and maintain rates across both platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface and integration issues.
• Provide day‑to‑day system support to reservations and operational users.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and continuous improvements.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on technical matters.

Required profile

• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Nebula and APEX (essential).
• Proven experience in system administration and IT/tech support.
• Solid understanding of rates setup, system interfaces, and reservations workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical issues to non‑technical staff.
• Hospitality industry background is highly advantageous.
