About the role
The FIX is seeking a Store Manager for its Mthatha Circus store in the Eastern Cape.
Key responsibilities
- Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
- Controlling expenses
- Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
- People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations and performance management
- Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing the customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of customers
