About the role

Lovisa is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead one of its fast‑fashion jewellery stores. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and developing your team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring visual standards and product availability.
• Achieve sales targets and manage inventory effectively.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a supportive and high‑performing team culture.
• Implement company policies, health & safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
