About the role
Join the Kitchen Team at Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore as a Steward. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring that all dishware, glassware, cutlery and kitchen equipment are clean, organized, and ready for service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and other kitchen items for all hotel outlets.
- Keep the kitchen environment spotless and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly.
- Apply food hygiene practices to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Complete assigned work projects and support the Senior Manager as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality customer care.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
