Special Events Assistant – Johannesburg

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a Special Events Assistant to support its Special Events Department in Johannesburg. Reporting to the Special Events Coordinator, the role provides hands‑on assistance for roadshow logistics, event branding and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive, operate and maintain roadshow and delivery trucks.
• Select and play music genres appropriate to the market.
• Manage stock deliveries and collections for events.
• Assist with execution of event branding and equipment activations following best practices.
• Follow daily schedules, provide customer service and represent CCBSA positively in public settings.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with experience operating delivery or roadshow vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Capable of representing the Coca‑Cola brand professionally.
