Solutions Consultant – MRI PMX

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant you will become an expert in MRI PMX and guide clients through implementation, configuration and ongoing use of the platform. You will combine your consultancy skills with property‑management knowledge to help clients realise business benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through initial implementation and configuration of PMX to achieve go‑live objectives.
• Deliver professional services such as workshops, formal training courses and ongoing support.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of the PMX software and stay informed about other MRI products.
• Provide pre‑sales consultancy assistance to sales teams when required.
• Contribute to software development plans and testing based on client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams including PMX Support and Application Administration Services.
• Follow internal processes and keep systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience providing consultancy around configurable software solutions.
• Knowledge of property‑management software and its financial modules.
• Proven ability to deliver training through workshops and formal courses.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all client levels.
• Organised, methodical and familiar with business analysis techniques.
