Software Engineer

About the role

Klipboard, a Kerridge Commercial Systems company, is seeking a Software Engineer to help evolve its SaaS‑based field service management platform. You will join a small, cross‑functional squad that builds enterprise‑grade ERP solutions for retail, distribution and service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ERP and mobility solutions such as VAST, AutoWork and ERPOne.
• Collaborate in a Scrum environment to deliver high‑value features on schedule.
• Contribute to continuous delivery pipelines, automated testing and secure‑by‑design practices.
• Participate in code reviews, prototyping and iterative improvement of the platform.

Required profile

• Ambitious developer with a solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and openness to change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, collaborative engineering team.
