Software Engineer (Intermediate)

About the role

We are building the next‑generation Golf Club Management platform and need an Intermediate Backend Software Engineer to deliver features across the full software lifecycle. You will work on BRS Premier, a B2B solution serving hundreds of clubs in Central Europe, and help expand it to new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver software features and improvements for backend microservices from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Document architecture, testing, operations, security posture and integration points.
• Onboard and train new teammates, providing guidance on the platform.
• Participate in code reviews and give constructive feedback.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement stable long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver business and customer value.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Solid experience developing backend services in Java.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of platform areas.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and mentoring.
