Social Media Manager – Marketing as a Service

About the role

Bash is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager to lead the execution of brand partner campaigns across its owned channels. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from concept to publishing, and ensure each campaign delivers measurable ROI while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end social media execution for brand partner campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Conceptualise, produce and publish platform‑native content (short‑form video, reels, stories, static posts).
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, product launches and seasonal moments.
• Oversee live shopping productions on TikTok Live, Instagram Live and Facebook Live, managing talent, scripting and post‑event analysis.
• Manage external PR, influencer and production agencies, handling briefs, negotiations and budget compliance.
• Coordinate PR packages, ensuring timely product distribution to influencers and accurate tracking.
• Identify, brief and manage influencers via Humanz, tracking performance and optimising for engagement.
• Execute post‑boosting on Meta and TikTok, collaborating with performance marketing to align organic and paid strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media campaigns for brands, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with designers, copywriters, performance marketers and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
