Site Supervisor – Durban

About the role

Measured Ability Outsourcing Group is expanding its Durban branch and seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee on‑site operations for its temporary employment services. The role ensures smooth daily activities, compliance with health and safety standards, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic site inductions and safety briefings for all personnel.
• Identify, assess and manage occupational health and safety hazards.
• Implement and enforce site rules and ensure correct personal protective equipment is provided.
• Coordinate staff on‑site, monitor shift coverage and maintain productivity.
• Maintain client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Work closely with payroll data and support labour‑related HR/IR processes.
• Mediate and resolve issues, including participation in disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal responsibilities and site regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) or Logistics & Warehousing sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Well‑organized, proactive and able to focus on site productivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
