Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Robin AI is building a Legal AI platform that simplifies contracts for businesses worldwide. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will design, operate, and improve the cloud infrastructure that powers our proprietary models and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and scalability of Robin AI systems.
• Standardise observability across services using logging, tracing, metrics and alerts.
• Design, deploy and manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) with Terraform.
• Automate manual operational tasks and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development leads to optimise build, test and deployment processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and enhance incident response procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or another backend language.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and Terraform.
• Experience troubleshooting across the full stack, from browser to containerised applications and data stores.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch and DataDog.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
