Shunter Driver – Vehicle Loading & Transport

About the role

The Shunter Driver is responsible for safely moving and loading vehicles on assigned routes, ensuring products reach their destination without damage. This role supports the efficient use of company vehicles and contributes to overall logistics operations on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles according to schedule.
• Operate company trucks and smaller vehicles to transport goods across the site.
• Maintain vehicle condition and report any issues promptly.
• Work within a pressurised environment, adhering to safety and procedural standards.
• Be available for a six‑day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 education with strong numerical abilities.
• Valid Code 14 driver’s licence and PDP certification.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
