ServiceNow Platform Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our growing ServiceNow team. You will support ITSM and CSM solutions for a leading Managed Service Provider, ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ServiceNow requests and incidents from internal resolvers and business users.
• Manage the request queue, perform initial triage, keep requesters updated and oversee incidents to resolution.
• Handle day‑to‑day platform operations including user and group management, onboarding/off‑boarding, dashboard and reporting maintenance, platform health monitoring, data imports/exports, SLA definition, contract record management and data quality.
• Perform no‑code and low‑code configuration activities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Promote ServiceNow usage, self‑study on a personal developer instance and pursue relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with senior team members for mentorship and training.

Required profile

• Professional experience administering the ServiceNow platform (essential).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred) and willingness to obtain further certifications.
• Experience with ITSM or ITIL processes; ITIL v4 Foundation certificate is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and experience in a customer support role.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.
