ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

Join a global, collaborative Service Management Applications team responsible for the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform across the firm. As a ServiceNow Administrator you will act as a subject‑matter expert, configuring, administering and continuously improving the platform to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including configuration, customization and system administration.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scheduled jobs and data feeds run correctly.
• Apply routine updates, patches and security best practices to keep the environment stable and compliant.
• Conduct regular access reviews, track license usage and enforce compliance.
• Handle the incoming support queue, resolving user queries within defined SLAs.
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow workflows.
• Work with external consultants and vendors on integrations and custom development.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and procedures.
• Support adoption through requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and training sessions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong communication skills for working with local and remote stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a global, collaborative environment and participate in on‑call rotation.
