SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and grow organic search performance across a diverse portfolio of client websites. The role combines analytical rigour with creative optimisation in a fast‑moving agency environment, delivering measurable gains in visibility, traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts, delivering monthly action plans.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits, identify crawlability, indexation and site‑health issues, and provide clear recommendations to developers.
• Perform keyword research, map strategies to site architecture, and optimise metadata, headers, internal linking and page layouts.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs, refresh existing content and track ranking movements.
• Support backlink acquisition, conduct outreach, and analyse competitor authority.
• Manage local business profiles, ensure citation accuracy and improve local search visibility.
• Compile monthly performance reports, monitor KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic and conversions, and surface insights for cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of practical SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable navigating both analytical and creative aspects of SEO.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with content, development, paid media and client‑facing teams.
