Senior Project Manager – Rewards

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact rewards and digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance organisation. The role is hybrid and fixed‑term, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with business, technology, compliance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver large‑scale rewards programme projects across the insurance value chain.
• Manage multiple workstreams, governance structures, risk and dependency registers, and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, vendor relationships and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic initiatives and rewards programme lifecycles in insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead several Agile teams in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2 and PMP methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and governance reporting skills.
