Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Tech & CX Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale technology and customer‑experience (CX) programmes for a global CX transformation leader. Based in Cape Town with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate multi‑region initiatives that modernise contact centres through AI, cloud and systems integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to six concurrent CX and contact‑centre transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments in the UK, Europe, Africa and beyond.
• Provide structure and clarity in fast‑paced, high‑pressure delivery settings.
• Bridge technical teams, business stakeholders and client organisations to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience delivering ICT/technology projects at enterprise scale.
• Background in CX, contact‑centre, SaaS or systems‑integration environments.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage international stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight.
• Comfortable working independently with high ownership.
