Senior Interior Designer – Greenpoint, Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from brief through to final installation in our Greenpoint studio, Cape Town. You will shape bespoke, innovative interiors, translating client visions into detailed, high‑quality designs while collaborating with senior leadership and a fast‑paced creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from client brief through concept, presentation, technical documentation and on‑site installation.
• Prepare detailed furniture layouts, lighting, electrical coordination, joinery details, window treatments and artwork placements.
• Produce full technical drawing packs (plans, sections, elevations, details) and 3D visualisations for client presentations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Navigate and contribute within complex Revit models.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously improve studio standards and procedures.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of design experience, with at least five projects led as a senior designer.
• Strong technical drawing skills and ability to communicate design details clearly.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work.
