Senior Integrated Designer

About the role

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to join its in‑house Marketing team at the Durban headquarters. You will work closely with creative leads and the wider Marketing team to shape campaigns and ensure a consistently high standard across all brand outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong campaign key visuals and roll them out across print and digital channels.
• Design integrated assets for digital, retail print, e‑commerce and social media.
• Take projects from concept through to production‑ready execution.
• Apply and uphold brand guidelines consistently across all creative work.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Production teams to deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Maintain high standards of typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Support and mentor junior designers, contributing to overall studio quality.

Required profile

• Experienced designer with strong conceptual thinking and ownership.
• Clear point of view and a holistic approach across channels.
• Detail‑oriented, confident and curious about craft.
