Senior Finance Controller

About the role

NCR Atleos is seeking a strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support long‑term financial health. The role requires strong analytical abilities, solid business acumen, and proven leadership in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash‑flow monitoring and working‑capital performance.
• Develop, implement and enhance robust internal control systems and ensure statutory, tax and audit compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Utilise ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis and internal controls.
• Exposure to multinational or multi‑entity environments, preferably in manufacturing, banking, technology or services.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
