As a Facilities Site Manager in Cape Town, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, attractive, and highly functional physical environment for all employees. Your mission is to support our vision of creating an exceptional workplace by implementing world-class facility management programs focused on continuous improvement, automation, and global best practices.

Missions principales

• Operational Management: Proactively manage comprehensive building maintenance, including HVAC, CCTV, electrical systems, emergency generators, UPS, fire detection, and security systems.
• Team & Vendor Leadership: Direct technical teams, service contractors, security, and cleaning staff while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Financial Oversight: Establish and manage facility budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), process purchase orders, track invoices, and provide detailed financial reporting.
• Compliance & Safety: Monitor government regulations, manage operating licenses, and lead disaster preparedness, recovery, and emergency response plans.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Real Estate to evaluate current and future property needs and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in large-scale facilities management or site operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams and external contractors.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) and financial reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to handle client expectations and vendor relations.
• Ability to work within a global framework while maintaining local regulatory compliance.

Competences requises

• Technical expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and critical infrastructure (HVAC, UPS, Generators).
• Advanced vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in financial tracking and facility-related procurement.
