Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will work on mission‑critical production systems, supporting both on‑premises data centres and public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET and related workloads.
• Support and optimise Azure DevOps Server while contributing to the migration towards GitHub Enterprise.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Automate build, test, deployment and release processes to improve frequency, quality and reliability.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning on‑premises data centres, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
• Standardise provisioning and configuration management practices.
• Support IIS‑hosted application environments and associated platform services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven experience managing enterprise CI/CD platforms and supporting 24×7 high‑availability systems.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Background in retail or high‑transaction environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
