Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps team at Ria Money Transfer ensures the reliability of Euronet’s systems and processes. You will collaborate with software development and engineering teams from design through production, focusing on automation and large‑scale system operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the company’s infrastructure to support high availability and scalability.
• Maintain platform uptime of 99.98% by leading architecture, deployment, automation, and maintenance of mission‑critical production systems.
• Work closely with development teams to build production‑ready services and applications.
• Manage major incidents, conduct post‑incident reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure appropriate monitoring, metrics, and alerting for assigned applications and platforms.
• Develop tools and automation to reduce manual effort for both public‑cloud and on‑premises resources.
• Provide on‑call support, triage, and resolve production issues.
• Coach team members, share knowledge, and promote skill development.
• Adhere to Euronet information‑security best practices and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and/or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, load balancers, DNS, NTP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with F5 products such as LTM, ASM, GTM, AFM, or BIG‑IP.
• Willingness to learn on the job and take on new tasks as needed.
