Surge Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and professional Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join a leading property management firm in Cape Town. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio while delivering exceptional service to homeowners and bodies corporate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned sectional title schemes.
• Liaise with owners, trustees, and service providers.
• Handle financial administration and levy collections.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and scheme rules.
• Attend body corporate meetings and provide professional support.
• Resolve disputes and address owner concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum two years' experience managing sectional title, HOA, or Body Corporate portfolios.
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans speaking is an advantage.
• WeconnectU certification or equivalent experience.
• Own reliable transport.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sectional title legislation and best practices.
