About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a Sales Team Lead to join its sales department in Grahamstown. Reporting directly to the Site Sales Manager, the successful candidate will drive sales initiatives and lead a team of Merchandiser Order Takers.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and execute L&T strategies across trade channels.
  • Coach, mentor and manage Merchandiser Order Takers to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales volume and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align team activities with broader business objectives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
  • Strong understanding of trade execution and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
