About the role
Momentum Outbound is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an international client project focused on modern outbound sales and AI‑supported commercial engagement. This remote position is based in South Africa and emphasizes qualified conversations, prospect qualification, and demo booking rather than high‑volume cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up outbound prospects via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Engage B2B decision‑makers, qualify interest and identify sales opportunities.
- Book qualified demos for the senior sales team and manage follow‑ups.
- Handle objections, maintain clean CRM records and keep the pipeline up‑to‑date.
- Provide feedback on prospect objections, messaging and market response.
- Support early‑stage customer conversations and hand‑over to onboarding teams.
Required profile
- Experience in SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales.
- Confidence speaking with business decision‑makers and handling objections.
- Strong organisational skills for follow‑ups and CRM management.
- Commercially minded, target‑driven and fluent in English.
- Comfortable working remotely; prior SaaS or B2B experience is a plus.
