Sales Associate – SMB Market

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our SMB team at Pnet, part of the StepStone Group. You will help businesses discover and use our recruitment solutions, driving growth across the small‑and‑medium‑enterprise market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close new business, positioning Pnet’s solutions as the preferred choice.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking and upselling.
• Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately handle administrative tasks and reporting in the CRM system.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated B2B sales success with a strong cold‑calling track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to articulate solutions persuasively.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to listen and respond to client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
